Water damage in hall bathroom

This Gainesville home suffered a multiple room water loss due to a broken supply line in one of their bathrooms. This customers house was dry in three days and they are ready to have flooring and trim re-installed. 

This customers water loss came from a clean water source that typically does not require the removal of flooring or extensive demolition to be performed, however at times flooring may have to be removed due to bound water under the flooring as was the case with the vinyl flooring in this particular room. Bound water if left trapped between the vinyl and subfloor can lead to secondary damages (microbial growth) if left untreated and without drying.
