When you have a category 3 water loss

This customer had a sewage back up that started in the top floor of their home that affected multiple rooms on the main level of the house.  Due to the nature of the water loss extensive demolition was performed to remove the affected materials such as drywall and engineered wood flooring.  The structural materials that remained were treated with an antimicrobial and specialty equipment (air scrubbers) were placed in the loss site to ensure that any air borne particulates were removed from the loss site.
