Mark Collins
Meet Mark:
Mark is the owner of SERVPRO of Gainesville. He has worked within the company since 1988 and has served in every position within a franchise. He also served as a Field Trainer/Business Consultant for SERVPRO from 2003-2006 in regions of South Carolina and Georgia. He is IICRC certified as WRT & ASD and also a certified Lead Renovator. Mark serves on the Board of Trustees for Lanier Christian Academy in Flowery Branch and the Advisory Board of the Gainesville branch of The Salvation Army. He and his wife, Beth, will celebrate 30+ years of marriage this year and have 4 children. He and his family attend 12 Stone Church in Flowery Branch. If the spare time ever arises in the future, he would probably be found golfing.
Drew Archer
Meet Drew:
Drew is the Production Manager of SERVPRO of Gainesville. He started with the company in January of 2009 as an on-call technician and became full-time in June of 2009. He is IICRC certified as WRT & ASD, Trauma Cleanup, and also certified in Successful Subrogation and Lead & Abetment. What he enjoys most about the job is meeting new people and building relationships. When he is off, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife of 14 years and his daughter.
Steven
Meet Steven:
Steven is a valued part of our Production Team here at SERVPRO of Gainesville. He began working for us in June 2022 and enjoys being able to assist customers. Steven has excelled in our training programs and now is a Crew Chief. When Steven is not at work he enjoys staying active outside and spending time with friends and family.
Zeb
Meet Zeb:
Zeb is a valued member of our Mitigation Team. He is undergoing various training courses to better serve our customers. What Zeb enjoys most about working for SERVPRO is being able to remove damaged items from a customer's home for them to have a fresh start for repairs. Outside of work Zeb enjoys spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, and fishing!
